I started so called ahving panick attacks late May 2006. I have been to the ER by ambulance 3 times, because it feels like I am having a heart attack. Each time I have been to the ER they have told me that it was panick attacks....I also have had three (3) open heart surgies. So every time I have one of my attacks, I get scared. I was put on Lexapro 1 week ago. So does anybody have any advice on anxiety or panick attacks????!!!!!

It's like they are on there now right? But it seem like they could just detatch and fall off any second. I was think about just always wearing gloves but, then I know that one day I'd take off my gloves and all my fingers would fall and scatter all over the floor and I might lose one or something. Any one else worried that their fingers will fall off?

There are several types of amnesia, as I have discovered during research. However, all the articles I read make no mention of whether or not the patient is aware that they are missing part of their memory. Anyone out there know?

My eyes are getting very blurry. I find myself frequently squinting for better sight of something. I don't like using any corrective lens (glasses, contacts) but I feel like I have to. I heard that when you wear glasses or contacts, your eyes get worst. Does anyone know if this is true?

On Oct. 13 I was bit by a Brown Recluse spider. When I began getting red streaks going down my arm 3 days later I went to the doctor. The doctor agreed that it probably was a Brown Recluse based on symptoms (others besides those listed here), appearance of the wound and the fact I've killed several around my house recently.

I didn't nor do I now have the dying tissue symptom. He gave me anti-biotics and told me it would take some time to heal. This was not my regular doctor but his associate. My concern is the lingering lightheadness, foggy thinking, nausea, and vision problems. Plus I still feel weak and generally not well. The venom at the site is no longer a large tender lump under the skin but seems to have dispersed. Where has the venom gone?

My family thinks I need to go back to the doctor though I don't think he can do much. I think all this will eventually pass and that it takes time to recover from the venom in my body. Should I be concerne

My five year old niece has urinated in her bed. How do I clean that up?

As of right now I took soap and water, then took fabreeze to it. Let it air dry and then flipped the mattress over.

What else can I do? Will there be any bugs or anything?

I'm a nurse and I go into a patients room and make a full and complete assessment. I check they lungs, heart, skin, bowels, and everything in between. Of course, if they have a specific problem, I zone in on that.

then the doc comes in, stetoscope around his neck; doesn't even use it, shakes the patients hands, talks for 3 minutes, and then leaves. no assessment, nothing! i just don't get it!!!!! what are they getting paid to do? why don't they do it?

I want to quit. And I am going to, just the problem being is the last time I tryied I failed. My problem being is that I am a stay at home mom so I spend all my time at home. I do crafts and play games. But I am still sitting here. Thats where its really hard. I lit up a cigarette and then let it burn out. I dont smoke but half a pack a day really because I let it burn out. My problem when I try and quit is that I want to lit one up. Not smoke it, just lit it up because I am use to it. It's a habit for me. Just to reach over and lit one up and set it down. I dont crave the cigarette its self. Just the urge to lit it up and set it down. Anyone have any ideas on how to brake this?

I have been disable sence 1985. I worked in a Refinery for 17 years as a Pipe fitter. I was injured on the job. Of course the CO.DR. said there was nothing wrong. Finly in 2002 I was put on Disability SSI and Medicade. For 4 years I have drawn my disability . Now I have turned 62and Social Security has taken over. There is no more Medicade and the SS has given me a raise of $100.00 dollars a mounth. So with my SS benifits I cant afford a Doctor visit nor the $600.00 a mounth for medication so PLEASE if anybody knows some answers let me know .They gave me till the first of November to get help before they cut me off. I was changed over on the 22 of October. Please reply.
