My eyes are getting very blurry. I find myself frequently squinting for better sight of something. I don't like using any corrective lens (glasses, contacts) but I feel like I have to. I heard that when you wear glasses or contacts, your eyes get worst. Does anyone know if this is true?

My experience is that wearing glasses or contacts makes your eyes dependent on them..... and thus your eyes get worse....

I recently started doing eye exercises to try to improve my vision. I created a blog where I record my progress with the exercises.

I recently saw some improvement. Other people (who have also experienced improvements) have posted comments about their experiences as well. You can check it out at: http://improvingmyeyesight.com/blog

I've been wearing glasses since I was seven years old, and my prescription hasn't changed in 4 years. I don't think the lens makes your eyes worse, it's your genetics, age, and environment (i.e., working on computers for 9 hrs a day, or doing mechanical work on very small machines)...
That's like saying that buying kids larger clothes makes them grow taller... The kid is going to get taller no matter what, so the bigger clothes are there to accommodate that.

No corrective lenses do make you eye sight worse. After taking your glasses off things seem very blurry because you are making them work harder to see. If you did not wear corrective lenses your vision would change at the same rate. there are studies on this.

Your eyes do form a depends on them and they can continue to get worst, however it is far better than not being able to see without corrective lenses.

You might want to consider lasicks eye surgery

Why squint - you'll get wrinkles! Use your corrective lenses & do yourself a favor. Your eyes get worse over time, not from wearing correction.

Your vision is getting worse and worse because you're letting your fat husband ejaculate in your eyes when he's c*mming. Seriously, stop being disgusting and have sex the right way you stupid biiitch! Or just don't have sex at all. You're absolutely and utterly DISGUSTING!

Wearing glasses does make your eyes weaker that is why the longer you wear glasses the stronger and stronger your prescription gets for your glasses.
