That's the system. So it looks like your going to die at a young age because you can't work or pay for meds. Yet 15 year old Kwantessa can have a bastard baby and get welfare for 18 years & never have to do a thing for the welfare money. Never have to worry about a place to live, welfare pays for that. Never have to pay for food, food stamps pay for that. Never have to pay for doctors, welfare pays for that.

i might hire a incapacity lawyer or representative. They be attentive to each and all of the in's and outs of the social protection gadget. people who've before been denied will usually have their case approved in the event that they shelter felony help. Like yet another poster stated, they're going to take the case on probono..an get approximately 33% of any back pay you will possibly be entitled to. which could be an significant volume thinking you have been dealing with this for 2 years. in case you fairly want this, hire a lawyer or representative.

This, of course, is a disability lawyer's question. Do you have anyone to help you make calls and get legal answers to your dilemma. Have everyone explain things to you when they are telling you something concerning your life. I usually have help from my legal advisor. These things are terribly upsetting to us over 50 people. But, getting empowered by knowledge helps with the answer even if it's not what we want to hear. Always get 2nd opinions. I am not informed on this matter but I'm sure you'll get the correct and legal answer. Good Luck and God Bless

The SS system for disability will cease when you become eligible for Medicare. I'm not saying it is right to do this, but that's our system. Heaven forbid we american people double dip from the government; however, the government more than double dips in america's wallet. I know it's upside down.
