No, but having taller parents would have. Height is governed by genetics.
Eating right and getting plenty of sleep will improve the QUALITY of your life, and it's the right thing to do; but it will not make you grow.
At your age, you may have one growth spurt left. I grew two inches between my sophomore and senior years of high school. And i emphasize MIGHT -- as in maybe. Not everyone does this.

Maybe, if you're still growing. It couldn't hurt, and the other benefits of eating well and getting enough sleep will make you look and feel better. But there is nothing wrong with being 5'6, either. Just file it under the "things I can't control," and enjoy being who you are.

Getting adequate sleep and eating healthy foods are good practices to follow. At 18, you have some growing to do, but whatever your ultimate height is it will have been governed more by genetics than by diet.

Treating your body and mind badly can stunt you in many ways. It's always important to take good care of yourself. Balanced diet. Exercise. Plenty of water. And enough rest. This all helps your body develop early on, and in the long run, give you a better body. And making the habits now, before it gets more difficult.
It's not a magic "extra" that you get, it's what you don't LOSE by mistreating yourself, like many teenagers do in high school. Be always good to yourself, your body and your mind, and soul.

Eating healthy will help more than anything else in your control, but nothing can overcome bad DNA.
