i go to sleep at 9 o clock and have to wack up at 6 o clock but when i wake up ifeel verrry sleepy and ideas on how to wake my self up i go to middle school

I couldn't find a financal section to type this. So I came hear.
I have just recently had two major surgeries. One was for the removal of a big cyst and Ovary. The other was for Cancer of the Uterus which required a full Hysterectomy. The Doctors told me not to worry about the cost because I had Insurance, but my insurance doesn't cover everything. Now I'm having difficulty getting my bills paid for. I went through every channel I could think of without declaring bankruptcy. I've gone through the hospital programs for aid and every other organization possible to find in my local area to help but, I don't meet their requirements for help. I don't have any colladeral. The bank I go to won't let me take a loan out for more than two years to make it possible for me to live. How can I find some real help without having to file for bankruptcy? I need as much advice as I can get. I am in the process of looking for a part time job on top of my full time job to try to help me.

Why is it that everytime i take a poop, i always have to pee? i've asked my friends.... it happens to everyone it seems.... but i was just wondering... cause my friend is in anatamy, but shes to emarrased to ask the teacher, so i'd figure... hey... lets ask yahoo people... GO YAHOO PEOPLE!!!

Sex: Male. I got into the car and immediately starting shaking violently. I was wearing short sleeves like many and the weather was not too bad. My whole body was shaking and I was having a hard time breathing properly for that 5 to 6 minutes. This is the first time it happened to me. I was really scared. It wore off after driving for about 5 minutes. People might think that my jaws were quivering, and that was indeed the case. However, my whole body was in that state and it was not a little "chill down my spine". I was having trouble breathing. It was like I was paralyzed for those few minutes, and could only focus on getting a hold of myself.

I really need to do both. The thing is my kids do not know I smoke, and they have never seen me smoke, and I have never ever smoked anywhere near them... It's a big secret my husband has been helping me keep. He smokes and is stick thin. I'm not so lucky, and can't afford to gain weight. I do eat when I'm bored.. and I'm afraid I'll blimp out if I try to quit all together all at once. Need answers! :)

Nothing worked so far - Head & shoulder, selsun, conditioner shampoo, balding, coconut oil - absolutely nothing. My dandruff is not only on skull, but also on eyebrows.

does anyone notice that heroin withdrawal symptoms r worse at night? also does anyone know any ways to help me feel better besides using methadone and stuff, like natural things that will help flush my system quicker so i won't be in so much pain? im crawling out of my skin!!! and i know, i know...im not the first, its my fault, i need help and there may be nothing that can help...but...i'd really appreciate it if anyone who has gone thru withdrawal had any advice for me? thanks
