Fast doesn't last. You can diet your health away and bounce back up even more weight than when you started. If you are serious about long term slimness, and don't want to jeopardize your health and possibly your ability to have children, NO SUGAR & NO FLOUR in any form. Eat a salad with lunch and dinner, have it with lemon juice and seasonings. Have a cup of broth before meals or at snack/bedtime. I take a mineral (with calcium) at bedtime - I have great fingernails and strong bones. REMEMBER, those runway models are just hangers for the clothes and Hollywood types are not real life - just like Hollywood, they are fantasy...nips, tucks, lifts and all.

That is not good to do, if you want to keep it off, I strongly suggest that you get a new attitude on food, I lost 110 pounds and have kept it off for 3 years! You have to eat to live not live to eat! Breakfast, lunch and dinner and then a snack at night. You can loose 2 pounds a week on this diet making sure you consume no more than 1200 calories a day. Make sure you work out for at least 30 minetes for at least three days a week. Also, you can eat snacks in between the meals making sure it is fruit or veggie treat. :)

No, no, no, no, no! There are ways to lose weight fast but they're generally NOT HEALTHY! Don't wreck your metabolism trying to set a new world's record.

If you must try, don't go below 1,200 calories a day, eat a LOT of vegetables, drink a LOT of water and exercise.

Stop drinking soda, start drinking water. Also exercise. A few push ups and sit ups can make all the difference.

1 lb of fat equals 3500 calories. To burn a pound of fat, burn 3,500 calories without taking in more.

Water weighs 7 lbs per gallon. Most rapid weight loss is just water loss, or dehydration. Water loss is a false weight loss- it comes right back when you take in more water... which we sorta need to stay alive.

The secret to weight loss is take in fewer calories, burn more calories. Remember, its a secret, don't tell anyone else!
