why do human chimeras occur, for example the case of a person whos DNA differed within the organism. I need to now what causes this mutations.

It's a rare abnormality that develops in utero as the consequence of two fertilized eggs in very early stages of development fusing together. There's no "cause" other than that. It's a developmental abnormality.

I saw a show where there was supposed to be twins, but one absorbed the other and both DNA's were present.
