Sex: Male. I got into the car and immediately starting shaking violently. I was wearing short sleeves like many and the weather was not too bad. My whole body was shaking and I was having a hard time breathing properly for that 5 to 6 minutes. This is the first time it happened to me. I was really scared. It wore off after driving for about 5 minutes. People might think that my jaws were quivering, and that was indeed the case. However, my whole body was in that state and it was not a little "chill down my spine". I was having trouble breathing. It was like I was paralyzed for those few minutes, and could only focus on getting a hold of myself.

This sounds like a good question for your doctor. You may have had a seizure, an unknown allergic reaction, a subconscious panic attack or maybe even a mild stroke. I would call at the very least and be certain to explain in the same detail that you gave us here. Good luck and I hope it isn't anything serious!!

Hey, it seems like a insignificant seizure, or a mild asthma attack..

Maybe you should look up on your medical history, see if you have any allergies or anything.

How old are you? Around your 20's? Then look for thoes documents or see a doctor.
If you're over 50 then it's normal, lol, you expect that once in a while.

Are you stressed about something?? It kinda sounds like an anxiety attack. I've had them before & they are really scary & you can't make them stop or catch your breath. Another symptom is lips going numb...Might you have experienced a numbing sensation in your ears, face?

Had you ate? Sometimes if your body's not nourished it will react that way under certain circumstances.

Sounds like you may need to schedule an appointment with the doctor! You may have some form of schizophrenia or some other health problem!

Its certainly some attack. It can be anything from negligible to very serious. To confirm exactly what caused that attack its always better to consult a doctor. He/She only can know and explain correctly. Please visit a Doctor immediately and do not neglect this.
