Allow me to give an intelligent answer to this question--It means you ate spinach or something green. We over here at our household have all had that at one time or another and we are never sick. It doesn't mean anything. Usually has do with what you ate.

Do you still have your gallbladder? If you do, it might not be working properly, see a doctor immediately. If you had it removed then it means that your pancreas is making extra bile and that bile goes directly to your stomach. It mixes with the food and turns your feces bright green. Bile is bright green. This is normal and there is no cure but is recommended that you consume more fiber daily and drink more water to dilute it. If you still have your gallbladder and your feces is bright green, there may be something wrong with the way your gallbladder is releasing the bile that it stores from your pancreas. You should see a doctor immediately for this. Are you having any abdomen pains on your right side? An inflammed gallbladder causes pain there.

If it's green there's nothing to worry about.
Besides the obvious eating green food or stuff with artficial colours..
It just means that the waste has passed through the large intestine too fast to change colour.
It starts off green because of bile in the small intestine.
I don't know what makes it pass through too fast but it's not harmful. Though you should get yourself checked out if it is ongoing.
Iron supplements can do it too for some reason.
edit: so how does my answer get two thumbs down when it is correct and mentioning everything that could be wrong? Stupid people trying to make their answer look better, how pathetic that you felt the need to go around giving every answer but yours a thumbs down..

you ate something that made it turn that color. Anything grape is usually good for that. Green normally doesn't cause concern. But if you keep it up I would have it checked out.

It means you need to change your diet.
Actuall I don't know. I do know that when your body breaks down hemogloben from internal bleeding it can turn your urine green, not sure if the same is true for feces.

Probably, you ingested a grape flavored beverage or grape flavored jelly which has lent its color to your undigested food.
