You can try dry skin brushing. It's supposed to tighten the skin, but I don't know how much you need.

If the weight loss is not more than around 100 pounds, the skin will tighten up on its own after about a year. You can help it by eating lots of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Also exercising daily for about 20 min. will help tremendously. If the weight loss is between 150-200 pounds, you will need to have the excess skin removed surgically. I hope this helps.

not really....the skin is like a rubber band..and if it keeps getting stretched it's get's too a point it can get all stretched out....and once that happens you can't really get it back to how it was before....so surgery would have to take it's place to tighten everything up....that's just like some women who may be on the thin side but then have a baby and after that end up with a pouch..and all the sit ups in the world isn't going to make that extra skin shrink!...i mean of course you can tone up some at a gym but not look like it's all tight skin....and don't let the lose folds of your skin go too long..because you can get nasty infections....which sometimes the surgeon will use that as an excuse in order for insurance to cover!

As others mentioned already: ingesting water, protein shakes, muscle development. something unusual I do to boot: I heard a lot approximately physique creams containing Caffeine, and Algue-Coffeine Bathlotions. So I upload left over coffe and 2nd -brews to the tub water. The coffe grains contained in the filter out make a very great physique scrub - do no longer worry, it rinses off the physique and bathe partitions without hint. My 'invention' (boasting, lol) is the main suitable physique scrub for elasticity and softness of epidermis I ever tried. yet do no longer worry, at your age the floor will substitute into employer faster or later of course anyhow, in case you do no longer enable it get too dry and shop up work out.

WORK OUT, you would feel just great, besides getting in shape, even if you are tired after a busy day, you are gonna have more energy, trust me. I paid a gym for a month, I was just feeling awesome, but now I study/work and is impossible for me to go, but try to get a friend to go with you, it makes it more fun. I used to go with my best friend and do exercises that needed the two of us to perform them, we never got bored. The gym I was going to opens 24/7 so we used to go around 10:30 pm. Is really helful. Good Luck...you can do it!!!

I really dont know but you are very smart not to do any surgery because you shouldnt mess with your body because its wrong to mess with your body you just talk to your doctor before cutting up your body just to look good its not worth dying.
