ok my mom bought some oreo cookies back in 98 and for some reason nobody ate them and i don't know why we stil have them but my friend says he's going to eat a couple , should i call an ambulance now before he eats them

Yeah! Call an ambulance. The materials decayed and need to be expunged by the pare medics!

Um, isn't there a rule which states that Oreos must be eaten the night they're purchased, or legal action can be taken?

If you call the ambulance, they might tell the police, and you'll all go to jail for not eating Oreos. Now THAT would be embarrassing.

What would you say to ambulance?...."I need ambulance because my friend is going to eat expired cookies!"

I don't think he will need an ambulance, but I would no eat them.

NO, they should be safe. I don't think oreo cookies have an expiration date.

They're probably stale by now, but not toxic or anything.

if they are still sealed they should be stale, and flovorless, but they should be harmless, but i would suggest throwing them away anyways.

maybe they are like apple juice, you know, they ferment after awhile. if he gets sick, it's his own fault.
