Usually you have to be married, however some insurance companies will allow a public notary paper stating that you and her are comittied to each other, live in the same household, care for each other as if husband/wife. Good question for your Human Resourse director, perhaps she will quailify for a medical card in your state.

This one is sooooooooo easy! Do the right thing and marry the girl. Give your child your name. She gets the insurance, and you get all of your leagle rights and so does the child.

Most insurance companys won't let you unless it is a spouse or child. best thing to do is contact yoru insurance compnay adn find out there policy. best of luck and congrads

she can be added as a "domestic partner".....call your insurance company or talk to your human resources dept at your work.
