i go to sleep at 9 o clock and have to wack up at 6 o clock but when i wake up ifeel verrry sleepy and ideas on how to wake my self up i go to middle school

Wow. Sounds like you are getting plenty of sleep, but maybe you aren't going into a deep sleep. Maybe you should speak to a dr. about this......

hi dear
thats really a big trouble. welll according to human body we complete sufficiant sleep in first 5 hours wich is enough for our body. but some time when we woke up after 10 hours, we still feel sleepy coz our body is never able to complete the sufficient sleep. this can happen coz of some reason like wrong pillow, wrong sheets, wrong posture of sleeping and some time wrong matts. So i think better u should check wit all these things and try to read some good books before you sleep.

sometimes your sleep is not a quality one.You may not be getting the rest you need no matter how long you are sleeping,this could be a lot of things snoring not enough oxygen in your blood,or even what you eat plays a big factor,I would say tell your Doctor about this it could be a sleeping disorder they run in my family,get checked

Start by taking some vitamins specially ones that give you energy. When you wake up sit up in bed and stretch yourself think of all that you have to do and take a fresh shower. That helps me.
