And I'm talking even a year after quitting. I seem to get in these little funks everyday..atleast once a day where I just feel very panicky. My heart races and for no particular reason. I was a smoker for six years and I quit a year and two months ago. A friend of mine said that quitting any drug will make you this way. She was a former cocaine user. I don't get it, you would think that we would feel more healthy you know? My friend suggested getting on some kind of med..but why would I want to get addicted to something else? Anyone know if's true that when you quit drugs like pot, tobacco, coke that you develop panic disorder? What can I do to help this WITHOUT using drugs? I walk for an hour a day and that helps alot, but it's not like I can walk ALL day.

I'm currently taking 100mg a day of the liquid and the joint pain is the worst in the mornings. I've been on Methadone before & never had this. Sometimes the pain is so bad I can hardly move my arm or knee or fingers or which ever it is that's hurting at that time. If anyone has any ideas or has been through this I'd really love an answer. I'm not sure if maybe my dose needs increased or lowered or what please help?

I was in a room in which I sprayed the Raid ant killer. I was in the room about 14 hours a day (counting sleeping). The smell was still there after 4 days. After about a week, the smell was gone. So, i spent about 98 hours in a raid-sprayed room. I got pretty bad headaches and i felt pretty dizzy. Will that have any permanent or serious damage on me?

i bought contacts the other day my first time using them in a long time... and how do i tell which was is the correct way of putting them in... ive tried but it just hurts that i have to go to the store and have them put it in for me.. and if i wear them the wrong way will it be hard on my eyes

Okay... I'm having parental trouble right now...

To put it lightly, my dad has some mental issues that he's dealing with and tonight he said that he's pretty much walking out on us. I don't think it's fair because I just got into high school and I should have a stable homelife to fall back on... But then again I'm used to this bullshit that I've been dealing with my entire life. I HATE ALL OF THIS!!!! I"M only 14 and I need to stop being told that I'm ignorant and brainwashed and messed up because I AM NOT!!! I don't feel bad for myself, so if that's what you think don't respond please. In fact, I don't care as much about the affects of this on me as much as it will have on my 11 year old brother. Anybod y who has any advice please repond. I'm not joking at all and this is very serious. I just am not sure how to deal.. I'm a bit of an introvert.

looks like smudged dirt there and i tried washing it off but scrubing it off but it just won't go away... what should i do? i don't even noe what they are... there is alot on my left arm pit and my right arm pit has really little. when i was little, i didn't take good showers so i don't noe if it has anything to do with dirt? and i shave my pits too so does it have to do with shaving? does it have to do with not putting lotion on it? if i put lotion, will it look lighter?

Yesterday my dad got his middle & index finger cut of by a lawn mower accident. we went to the doctor and they could save his finer tips.[couldn't] barely passing the nail on his fingers. im really scared.... will it be noticeable? im in a stage where i dont know what to do. i really want help him out but i dont know how. thanks... much love.

every single time i drink.. i get sick.. and the WHOLE next day i'm sick and sometimes 2 days.. even if i only drink 2 cans it's weird. i feel motion sickness kinda.. and im not like little or anything so my body can handle it.. i'm 135 pounds. anybody know anything how to help or what's going on?
