Yes, you can grow several inches still. My nephew grew five inches between 19 and 22 years old, he is now 6'6" tall.

He was bodybuilding, and ate lots and lots of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, B vitamins, and 2 fish oil capsules per day. I have no idea if this regimen contributed to his late growth spurt or not, but he is one incredibly healthy young man.

genetics determine your height, you still may grow an inch or so, but you should have gotten on human growth hormone at about 12 if you thought you were going to be way undertall.
