You have orbicularis oblique myokmia. All that means is that you have a spontaneous firing of a neuron which signals contraction of a muscle fiber bundle in the eyelid.

Usually it just happens, but it can be exacerbated by nicotine, caffeine, stress, or lack of sleep. Fixing these issues can help, but it will just stop on its own. I had it once for a month before it stopped. For the most part, there is no treatment. If it was an actual spasm that caused closing of the eyelid, botox injection can be used.

Bottom line--I wouldn't worry about it. It'll go away on its own.

Could be small amounts of pesticide in some of your foodstuff.
Many pesticides work by interfering with the body's use of micronutrients (yes, calcium would be one), or other body chemicals.
For instance, in transmitting or confusing signals in the nervous system, which leads to failure in small species, but in people, a muscle spasm or 'tic'---could be in other muscles as well, like calf, bicep, finger...

Doesn't mean anything. This is called a tic, and it's very common. Not harmful, and will go away by itself. Nothing to worry about.
