I was in a room in which I sprayed the Raid ant killer. I was in the room about 14 hours a day (counting sleeping). The smell was still there after 4 days. After about a week, the smell was gone. So, i spent about 98 hours in a raid-sprayed room. I got pretty bad headaches and i felt pretty dizzy. Will that have any permanent or serious damage on me?

you should check with your doctor, sprays and strong odors chemical type cause damage to the liver since everything we ingest has to be filtered. and that is also what is causing your headache--any time you use a chemical read the instruction, and they all state to open a window or be in a very well ventilated room.

Most likely no. In the future, be sure to open the windows to let the room air out after the spray has had a chance to work.

I doubt you'll have permanent or serious damage. Maybe with more chronic exposure. Really try to limit your use of pesticides. We get out full RDA of pesticides from the non-organic plant foods that we eat.
