None of the meat products or meat based products have very much fibre if any at all.

Soy sausage soy bean based and therefore higher in fibre to beefburgers and chicken

Potatoes are tubers from off the roots of the plants they grow on rice is the seed of a plant and pasta uses flour which uses wheat which is the seeds of the plant

cooked or raw carrots are carrots they are the pure root of a plant

Yoghurt pro-biotic or otherwise even with bits in is mainly from a dairy product, but there is yoghurt from soy with a higher fibre content than that of a milk based yoghurt.

Fibre is used when plants are involved as that what fibre is

Potatoes have slightly more fibre than rice and pasta
soy sausage has more fibre than beefburgers and chicken
Carrots have fibre in and do not change even though you may have cooked them. Eat them raw they are delicious
Little or no difference between these two yoghurts

I presume since you put them into categories you wanted to find out which of the foods in each of your lists contained the higher fibre

Simple rule. Below site had more on this. All plant foods have lots of fiber if it has not been taken out like with white rice and wheat. Animal foods have no fiber at all. None, zero, zilch nada.

Cooking fiber does not reduce the amount but the raw form works better. It changes the quality not the quantity.

definitely the raw carrots. there's a type of pasta being sold that's high in fiber and other nutrients (like protein and omega 3 fatty acids) but tastes the same as the regular stuff sold under brand name Barilla PLUS. the others I don't know
