Make sure you rinse very well before you put the contact in and have washed hands with all the soap off them. Look at the contact before you put it in to make sure no debrey is left like a tiny hair or fleck of dust. Rinse rinse rinse.

The new soft contacts are easy to tell if the right way. The edges should curl up and if you look on the contact with glasses you will see a 123 and that will tell you if the contact is on right or inside out.

Also, always put the right contact in the same side of the storage container. If you put the wrong contact in it should not hurt but your vision will be blurred.

Give yourself time to put them in. Do not rush. It will all come back very soon.

They should look like a little bowl on your fingertip. (use your clean index finger for this test). The lenses I have will not make a PERFECT bowl shape when inside out.

The way that it is shaped to fit your eyes is the way you put it in.
