I suggest you to follow these tips.
1. Focus on what you love. If you really enjoy something you will have the persistence and patients to work at it. Confidence often comes with experience and practice.
2.Take it step by step. Do the groundwork required rather then thinking you have to have everything immediately. This will give you more experience to handle your successes and challenges. It will also increase your appreciation for your achievements. Each step you complete will give you more clarity and ideas on how you can move closer to your goal.
3.Learn from everything that happens. Even if the experience is challenging there will be a hidden blessing in it. If you make a habit of looking for the benefit in each situation it will help you to move forward.
4.Take the pressure off yourself. You do not have to get everything right the first time. You can always improve over time.
5.Release your doubt. Everybody has doubts at some time in their lives. Rather then putting all your energy into doubts and thinking why something will not work, place your energy on how it can work.

Confidence comes when you express any of your views frankly irrespective of whether others accept it or not. You are feeling shy to express your feelings/thoughts. Do not worry, read some books on "how to build your confidence. Try to put into practice all the suggestions in that book one my one. Keep saying to yourself "I am not inferior to anybody and I can feel confident and I shall be confident in future". Say this every day as soon as you get up from your bed or before you go to sleep gathering your will power. Do you know every body has the same brain and it is only the training of your mind to adopt to situations will build your intelligence. Be always relaxed. Nothing is wrong with you. One day you will be confident and your IQ will improve.

Please go talk to a counselor, therapist, preacher/priest or anyone that you might feel remotely comfortable with. You should not keep these feelings inside. Also, know that you are not alone. There are many people who do feel or have felt the same way you are feeling. Also, the best advice I can give you besides the first part is to think positive. First of all develop Self-esteem
Stand before a mirror and talk to yourself, who u r, what u r, y u r afraid, and later imaging u r talking to someone else. Have a good friend for a and share your feelings. Play with kids, sometimes argue with them. Develop raport skill gradually. Start arguing with your parents for nothing.
These things will gradually improve your social skills and u wil be in a position to face everything after few days.

Yoga is the only solution but you have to have determination to do it. Don't expect fast results but in a long run slowly slowly you will note a remarkable difference in you. When you join tell Yoga teacher,why you have come to join,this is important.Lot of free classes of Yoga are held at various places. Secondly, with this drink lot of water,at least 10 glasses a day. It will prove wonders.

First, what is troubling you? What makes you lose your confidence? Is it the way you perceive your self? Usually that is the main connection. If you look down on yourself, think lowly of youself, than you will lose confidence. Start looking in the mirror and tell yourself that you are worth something. I usually recommend seeking a relationship with God since He is the author of love and loves us more than we love ourselves. You are better than you think!! Trust me on that.
