lots lots of eggs... milk.. butter... get calsium vitamins.. and play basketball

Have a good diet, rich in all vitamins, minerals, protein and high in calcium for bone growth. If you are 18 you might not grow much taller, depending on gender and ethnicity. Just be happy with what you are.

No vitamins, etc. to help you grow. Hang in there - My bro-in-law grew an inch @ 22! Look to your parents & grand-parents. are they short or tall or average? Genes are what determine your size. Don't worry - lots of successful and loved people are 5' 5"!
