My dad was saying that my little brother could have choked on a sock that was on his foot and he was eating it. He eats his feet and usually takes his socks off like he does with a hat. But is that true what my dad said?

My feet often hurt a lot and I recently had my feet digitally analyzed by a chiropracter. I learned my arches are very high. They told me orthotics can help, but I've heard people say they either don't do anything or are uncomfortable. What is the truth?

Well i can tell you my immune system and body temperature are super wierd. I live in central texas and its HOTT I am part of a marching band and it was 104 degrees outside and i was wearing long baggy pants, 2 shirts, and a black beanie over my head, and to top it off i had a black strap back pack on me, * its mah style* and i noticed my freshman year, I don't get hott at all! I mean i sweat, but i feel kinda cold. it's wierd.And when i have a little bit of clothes on, i get over heated! it's so wierd. what i think is that the heat hits my clothes and the sweat covers my skin and the cool breeze gets me cold. What yall think? Serious answers.

My doctor perscribed 60 mg of Cymbalta for nerve pain and leg spasams.....1 Capsule at bed time. Well it has been 2 days and everyone is telling me I am all lathargic and sluring my speech.. Yesterday I felt all goofy but today I feel okay, but my wife says I am still out there.... I also take a very strong narcotic pain releiver which causes no sideeffects, I have been taking it for so long.... But I don't want to be walking around lik a zombie, I have to kids I have to be responsiable for.

in other words is it hard for you to go to the bathroom in public places ive been like this all my life i cannot go in front of people at ALL it was really hard in my school days i would either go during class and get a pass to go or hold it all day and now at my job yrs later even still i find a secrete bathroom to go all by myself weather its #1 or #2 hardly ever #2 i hold that as hard as i can and go home...lol so are like this in any way or am i alone on this one

I was wondering if anyone out there could tell me if they or anyone they know has the same problem i have. Starting several months ago i started having alot of pain in my joints,stress related it seemed, but lately my feet are the worst. It's so painful to even walk. It usually starts getting bad about 3 hours after i've been up,and i don't necessarily have to be on them a long period of time. It's not just my heels,because i've considered heel spurs,but it's my toes and top of my feet. Sometimes i can be sitting down and i get sharp pains through my feet or something that feels like a bee sting. Thanks for any advice or info. you may have for me!

i just got my cartilage done yesterday. it doesn't hurt i sleep on it & it doesn't hurt uhm.. i didn't even know it , it was in there. . heh well is it possible to put in a barbell ? cus i supposedly got a barbell piercing but i don't think its thick enough

I just started back to school last week and I have noticed that alot of the gothic kids and i guess the emo kids have been cutting themselves this summer.......I know the teachers have to see it.... but they never say anyhthing.....i thought cutting yourself was a bad thing???? This confuses me arn't they suppose to turn that in?? Isn't that self-mutalation?? Theres this guy that carved a cross into his arm from like his wrist to his elbow and he wears short sleeves I can see it so i know that his parents and the teachers see it??? All of his friends are the same way..... what should i do just keep my mouth shut??

I have a new boyfriend and since we've been sleeping together I've gotten several bladder infections. I take all the precautions already, urinating post-sex, I'm a very clean person and so is he. So what is going on? What is it about him that is giving me these? This has never happened before and I have a friend who tells me that she had a partner who JUST with him she got tons of bladder infections.
If anyone can explain this to me?
I asked the doctor jokingly "Should I make him shower more?" and they really couldn't give me any advise or reasoning other than I need to take precautions that I'm already doing!!!
