First day of school today was today; I talked and talked and talked and now I am very hoarse. I can't afford to lose my voice altogether because there's two more days of school this week, and it's kinda hard to teach without one.
If you know of a good remedy (home or otherwise) to alleviate the hoarseness (besides total silence until tomorrow--I'm planning not to say much!) please tell me.

I am 12 and I can almost do my back hand spring but my problem is i have rly long legs and when i have a spot [which is how you learn] i end up being dangled in mid air cuz of my legs. How can I make them shrink?

Eats once or 1/1/2 half times a day.

Works out:

5'7, 165 lbs, in shape.

Likes to play basketball and run.

compares a picture of himself at 23 and at 35, still looks exaclty the same..

People see him years later and say, you look exactly the same while he watches other people get lines and facial fat.

Will this be bad news in 10 years, rapid aging..etc

It wasn't a HUGE amount,i'd say like a tablespoon?(Don't ask how, but yes it was an accident) and I felt fine.

However later that night I was hit with possibly the worst pain I had ever felt in my life for 20 minutes, and obviously could I have been able to drive would have made it to a hospitol. After about 20 minutes, I felt much better. The 20 minutes consisted of moderate discomfort, but with 2 minute invervals of EXTREME pain and crampingthat was simply unbearable. I ALMOST threw up, but didn't. Next morning, 2 spurts of diarhea, but other then a little bit of discomfort i'm fine. Also, maybe it's just me but i'm incredibly tired?

Does anyone have any idea if it was the soap?!

Today was the fourth time I have donated plasma, and each time around an hour afterward, I develop this sharp shooting and dull ache from my eardrum to my lower jaw. Why is this? What does this mean? Should I be concerned? Has anybody else experienced this?

I've been having this burning feet sensation for long. I was wondering is this something serious or just from hot humid summer weather? I feel good when I soak my feet in cold water. I am not an athlete or walk/stand for long. Please help me, it's very discomfortable feeling... :(

It's a beverage from an Asian market. If I boil some of my aloe plant at home, should I make a soup from it? Would it help? What would help besides drugs. It's just a bad cold.

One of my patients asked me how do you know when you are addicted to pain killers and / or benzodiazepines. How long does it take to become addicted. I need to take a course in addictions but honestly have not. Personal experiences would be helpful as well as allopathic methods of eliminating the addiction.

I've been clean for about 20 or 25 day days. im a bike messenger so i get plenty of exercise and sweat alot. i think i should pass, i just want to be sure.

A female friend who had been sober for 5 months relapsed last week. She tells me she needs to taper off before she can quit again. So because she drank 20 beers one day she needs to cut back slowly. I am trying to be supportive but this sounds stupid to me.
