Eats once or 1/1/2 half times a day.
Works out:
5'7, 165 lbs, in shape.
Likes to play basketball and run.
compares a picture of himself at 23 and at 35, still looks exaclty the same..
People see him years later and say, you look exactly the same while he watches other people get lines and facial fat.
Will this be bad news in 10 years, rapid aging..etc

Well I known that you have to eat more because your body is not getting very much energy, your brain needs a certain amount of calories each day to function properly! As far as the rapid aging goes i don't know maybe you just have good genes!

I don't think you will rapidly age but in order to keep your immune system up you should at least take some vitamins because you don't eat enough for you body to get all the nutrients it needs. Other wise seems your lookin pretty good.

what's the question? is this normal? i would say no, it's remarkable, but not impossible or surprising. he simply took care of himself and aged well.
in ten years he will certainly see some signs of aging, but will it be rapid? who knows that only depends on if he discontinues to take care of himself.
