How do you get rid of German roaches???

I hate them but they live with me! Orkin came but nothing has helped! HELP ME!

I don't know much about German Roaches. I didn't know roaches had breeds..... my cousin swears by Borax Acid I think I spelled that correctly look it up on the internet.
