Yeah, some. If you cook veggies in soups, the vitamins that cook out of the veggies will go into the soup, so if you eat the solid and liquid part of the soup, you'll get everything in the original vegetable. They're pretty good for you, actually, and low-cal. Take some Beano if you have gas issues, which can definitely happen with cabbage and bean sprouts (mainly the cabbage.)
