Where did you get those ideas about a fine food like chocolate. No food leads to diabetes and it contains compounds found to be very good for your health. The weight problem you will have to start more exercise and eating less of other high calorie foods. I love chocolate and eat 3 large bars at one time several times a week.

I cured myself by not eating chocolate for a whole year. I could not limit myself, so going without was the only option.

These days (three years on) I can just eat a small bar and be OK. Back then I would have eaten a large bar and gone back for more.

Good luck.

Uterine fibroids are usually not dangerous, but can cause immense discomfort and lead to complications like anemia from heavy blood loss. In rare cases, they may cause complications that affect pregnancy.

In cases where there are no symptoms, treatment may not be necessary. However, proper diagnosis and treatment may be required if your symptoms are severe or causing complications. Along with conventional treatment, you can try some natural home remedies. Read here https://tr.im/34n1k

I used to be a serious chocaholic. I used to start buying xmas selection boxes in September and eat them in one go even tho they were sposed to be my daughters xmas pressie!
Cant tell you how I stopped coz I dont know myself, i used to believe (or kid myself) it was because I was lacking in iron so started on iron tablets which helped abit.

I have to say I cant stand the stuff now wouldnt eat it if you paid me, I would much prefer a cheese and pickle sandwich!

in fact I have substituded cheese and alcohol for chocolate so if I were you I would enjoy being a chocaholic probably better for your health!!
