I think you mean "accrue". All fruit will give your body nutrients that will be used. Even watermelon, which has little nutritional value other than water content. By immediate (note spelling) you mean instantaneously, well that just doesn't happen. It takes 45 min. to an hour for ingested food to empty from the stomach. (Fruit juice is processed much more quickly) From there it goes to the first portion of the small intestine (duodenum). The majority of digestion and nutrient absorption takes place here. It will take a while for your body to benefit from the nutrients. Other than glucose, the body doesn't accrue nutrition -- it's used and not stored. I'm not talking about fats, just fruit. Whatever vitamins and minerals there are that are not used are excreted in urine. Eventually, fiber content will be used by the GI tract to aid peristalsis and water content will be absorbed by the colon for stool formation and tissue replenishment.

It's more realistic to look for benefits over time.
