is there anything wrong with me if i get random bad feelings??? i'll be sitting down thinking about something, and suddenly i get this like..sick-in the pit-of-my-stomach feeling for no reason. one minute im fine, and the next i feel like something's really, really wrong. after that, it's really hard for me to concentrate on anything else. it's hard to explain but its like everything feels SURREAL. i get these feelings occasionally..and they go away eventually, but im worried that its something serious...like an early symptom of depression or something. help please...and NO STUPID ANSWERS you are just wasting your time and mine

I worry all the time about little things. I get really panicky when I think about these little things and sometimes I can't sleep. I also worry a lot about my health- even though I am really healthy. I take paxil and xanax as needed. I also go through episodes of depression. Is this normal? I don't want any more meds.

Last year I was in a bad car accident and was on medicaid to pay for my doctor bills. I need to have reconstructive surgery that I've had to wait a year for to let my body heal. Now I'm no longer eligable for medicaid because I'm over 20 years old, don't have any dependants, and I'm not pregnant. And I don't think regular health insurance would cover these surgeries because these are "pre-existing conditions". Are there any other ways or programs that I could get medical coverage for to have these surgeries? Serious responses only please....please don't be a smarta**, I'm being serious; not looking for a laugh.

i have become more interested in the medical field after doing some hospital work (receptionist), and would like to know what it takes to be a doctor. ive heard you go to school for a long time. but i know you are an intern for a lot of years to. so is being an intern what takes up the most time? how long are you actually in college?

I started a new job in July. I like the job and people. The problem is they yell at me if I ask a question or don't know how to do something. The employee doing most of the yelling has been there 7 years &the person that left had also been there 7 years. The 2 of them were always fighting and yelling at each other. Just today I had a customer with a lot of questions and I helped him. When the call ended the girl that complains all the time, asked me why I was on the phone so long. She said she thought I had a problem with the customer. I did not have any problems at all and got off the phone as soon as I could (I keep it businesslike)! I am in my late 50's, nice, happy, caring person, hard worker. This negative treatment and yelling has caused me to stay to myself. Yet, I am their target. I am so tired of being kicked and put down. I was told by the boss that he has to decide if I fit in or not before my probation period is over. I like my job, how can I handle this

I just got hurt in a soccer game, its in my like way upper thigh right before it gets to my hip bone on the front to inside of my leg. My coach said i probably pulled my hip flexor, does this sound right, if so what can i do to help it? Most of the pain occurs when i turn my legs sideways opposed to just walking completly strait.
