i drink a small cup of dunkin donuts coffee every mornig a little bit after 7am...but after 10 minutes it feels like im ready to fall asleep..why is that?

Recently I've been getting nauseous over headaches, backaches etc. I don't know why. Yesterday I got a headache that made me so nauseous I was in bed most of the day and my husband had to keep bringing me vernors and pepto bismol. I know I'm not pregnant (I'm on my period) and I know my body and don't ever get PMS. Also, I have to eat at least every 2.5- 3 hours or I will get severly nauseous. This happened to me the other day. I was at the grocery store and instantly got so hungry that it made me nauseuos and dizzy. I had to eat 2 bananas and a chocolate milk before I got to the car because I was worried I wouldn't make it home safely. I had just eaten probably 2 hours before. My question is- has anyone else had experiences like this before? Do you know what could be wrong? I don't want to go to the doc if I don't have to. I'm 23 and otherwise than the severe nausea from headaches and bachaches etc I'm pretty healthy.

I fell pretty hard on my jetski today and water got in my ear, its been draining a little bit for a while now and there is still water, and its beginning to hurt a bit. It feels like my ear needs to pop, yet it wont. HELP!
