no...it's not like you have a tank of tears behind your eyes. It doesn't start from full and go until empty like a gas tank. Your tears come from aqueous layer of your eye. This layer pulls moisture from your body to produce these tears. As long as you are hydrated, you'll have enough tears.

There will always be tears enough to last a lifetime. We never use up them all of them. Sometimes we cause the streams and rivers to rise a but we never run out.
