I would check with a personal injury attorney, they usually know the ins and outs of not only injury law and insurance, but sometimes have a keen insight into employment law.
Good Luck!

If you live in a state where there's at will employment the company doesn't need a reason to fire you, they can fire you because they don't like the color of your shirt & it's legal. You also don't have to give them a reason why you quit either. It works both ways.

Were you driving?

Were you at fault?

Was there and drug / alcohol involvement?

Were you injured?

There are too many variables here. If it wasn't your fault and it was the impetus for your termination, you probably have a case.
