You can set your "internal clock" to whatever time you want. In general it will take about one day of adjustment for each hour you change.

For example, if you want to get tired at 10 pm rather than 5 am, and want to be alert in the morning rather than mid day, it will take about a week to make the change.

You can adjust your schedule by one hour per day, making sure that even if you do not fall asleep right away, you get up at the planned time. For example, you decide to go to bed at 4 am, and even if you can't get to sleep right away you still get up at 12 noon. Then go to bed at 3 am and get up at 11 am even if you had trouble falling asleep.

Or you can make the change all at once. It still will take about a week for you to get used to it. If you do it all at once it might be best to stay up around the clock--don't go to bed at your usual time of 5 am--instead, stay up past 5 am and all through the day till 10 pm. You will be sleep deprived and will fall asleep easier. But be sure to get up 8 hours later even if you don't want to.

Make sure you get some natural sunlight and exercise during your waking hours and stay away from alcohol and drugs, in order to make sure your internal clock is properly set.

First learn how to type or at least re-read your question. Stop drinking caffeine before you go to bed.
