is there anything wrong with me if i get random bad feelings??? i'll be sitting down thinking about something, and suddenly i get this like..sick-in the pit-of-my-stomach feeling for no reason. one minute im fine, and the next i feel like something's really, really wrong. after that, it's really hard for me to concentrate on anything else. it's hard to explain but its like everything feels SURREAL. i get these feelings occasionally..and they go away eventually, but im worried that its something serious...like an early symptom of depression or something. help please...and NO STUPID ANSWERS you are just wasting your time and mine

This is a serious answer. If you can afford it, make an appt. with a psychologist/psychiatrist to sort out the problem. I have and am struggling with depression, and that's what happend me to me, among other things. If you can't afford the psychologist, an appt. with your regular doctor will help. I hope you feel better. :)

It sounds to me like you are experiencing a form of anxiety attack, or there may be some unresolved conflict in your life which you are unaware of. The symptoms you describe are those of anxiety and depression. Something is bothering you and the sooner you figure out what it is, the sooner will your symptoms go away. If the feelings persist, I would mention it to your doctor. Sometimes, these feelings can have a physical cause, like low blood sugar, too much coffee, or a thyroid problem. Hope this helps you.

Is this a feeling about someone specifically or just a gut feeling? I get that often but its usually involving someone and its like a connection. It is a guy and I can tell him if he's going to have a problem or if he should or shouldnt do something just by the feeling I get and usually they are ALWAYS right. No I am not a pshycic and not trying to say or imply that I am but I do have that connection w/ him. Trust your instinct and intuition.

undesirable and/or gut emotions are many times the techniques's way of exclaiming "i don't have each and each of the information yet, yet something would not experience suitable..." And specific, various human beings get a number of those emotions. they many times get categorized below "female instinct" (for women) and "gut emotions" for adult males. each and every each and every now and then human beings do no longer use those words, as a replace they say stuff like "I kinda knew something like that..." or "I knew something wasn't suitable. I basically could no longer positioned my finger on...", you get the belief. Going with gut emotions or instinct is typically a 50/50 form of wager. I rather have tried that some situations, a pair of million/2 the time i replaced into incorrect, a million/2 the time i replaced into suitable. to maximise the earnings of such emotions, ask your self some questions once you experience this form. Why am I feeling this form? Are there any sure clues that I rather have/can undergo in techniques that are maximum efficient me to think of so? Is it something interior me it extremely is influencing the way i believe? If I decide to stick to my "gut feeling/instinct" what's the worst factor(s) that could take place? what's probable to take place? am i able to decrease that draw back threat? Am I going to earnings from following this sense? in case you may answer a number of those questions (perhaps 3 or 4) this could help you to choose if your emotions are maximum efficient you off beam or basically imparting you with some effectual tricks. the two way, it is your life, your subject concerns. have relaxing with them!

Are you getting premonitions? Are you psychic? I think we are all psychic to one degree or another but some are afraid of it and others work to develop it. I know when I get a premonition, I attempt to ignore it. If it goes away, fine! If it won't go away, I act on it! I feel that it is nothing wrong with you but women especially should go with their gut feelings. There's usually a reason.

Hello! I have had these feelings, and it might be depression. You should consider talking to a counselor, and they can help you decide whether its depression or something else. Hope this helps!

You didn't say how old you are. If you are a teen, welcome to the "I don't understand these feelings" club. All teens go through this. If you are older, welcome to adulthood. There is no easy way to deal with those feelings. You might try starting a journal. I have filled several notebooks over the years.
