I'm try to reach national assocation of retired persons.I need to know how to to get them on line?

How can i stop dirty e-mail from people that i don't know ? How do they get my E-mail address? thank you!

Change your e-mail address and block all emails to the old one, after telling your trustworthy friends the new address. Perhaps a better way of putting it is that you do not have receive emails from anyone that you do not wish to. You can block emails that originate from an address that you do not approve of.
