I was wondering if anyone out there could tell me if they or anyone they know has the same problem i have. Starting several months ago i started having alot of pain in my joints, stress related it seemed, but lately my feet are the worst. It's so painful to even walk. It usually starts getting bad about 3 hours after i've been up,and i don't necessarily have to be on them a long period of time. It's not just my heels, because i've considered heel spurs, but it's my toes and top of my feet. Sometimes i can be sitting down and i get sharp pains through my feet or something that feels like a bee sting. Thanks for any advice or info. you may have for me!

Have you considered the possibility of Plantar Fascitis? It's an overtightening of the tendon that crosses your heel. The pain can be reduced by exercises which lubricate the tendon or with a sleeping band that keeps the heel flexed.

Check out some sites like webmd and see if other symptoms match yours.

Sounds like a symptom of Diabetes... Buy GOOD orthopedic shoes (not cheap ones that just claim to be orthopedic). Birkenstocks or Dr. Martens are the best. Good luck!
