Well, assuming only the actual carnal act, there shouldn't be any training at all required.
Although we are different in many ways from the other animals on the planet, we still have an instinctual desire to procreate (or at least enjoy ourselves in that area) and thus the actual act should just come to you naturally.
If your talking something a little more refined, including a lot more than just the act, then this is something that you should research.
There are many things that can be done to increase your skill in this way, but the number one ability is to communicate with your partner so that you know what they like and they know what you like.
