I'm pee shy, I can't go in public urinals with someone else in the next one, or even two away, unless there's dividers between the urinals. Usually I will go in the toilet stall to pee.

You would definately never catch me using one of these:

I completely understand what you feel. My husband was shy as well. What an issue. I felt so sorry that he just dried up when he needed to go to he bathroom. It was entirely impossible for him to ever give a urine sample at the doctors and we would need to plan our evenings because he totally couldn't use a restroom at a restaurant. It is challenging and I don't know really why this happens, I just believe that some people are more shy about certain bodily processes than others. It is what makes the world go round. It certainly would be boring if we were all alike.. Good luck to you..

There is hope. I had the same problem, it started sometime in high school and recently I've found that I no longer have the problem. It's been about 7 years or so since it started until it ended. Recently as I've gotten older, my self confidence has increased a lot. I think that has a lot to do with it. I never had the problem when drinking alcohol. Long car trips sucked, like 8 hour drives to other cities, because the rest stops are always filled with people. I finally just grew out of it.

I use to be..... I go #2 at home too, only!!! but I figure, it is human nature to pee, so why be shy about it? Your body is going to and if you hold it all the time, that is unhealthy and will cause bladder problems in the long run....... good luck I hope you get past this. Blessed be.,

me too! You know the old joke that women travel in packs to the bathroom...I can't.

I even went to a whole other floor in my office building to use the bathroom. I am paranoid.

I used to be, But then I started working in a club and everyone peed with the door open, so I got used to it. But I still can't bring myself to pee with the door open. It's just rude.
