I was wondering if anyone has tried spirulina (the algae). And if it can help build muscle- (while doing a consistant exercise routine).

it helps more in digestion and increase of hunger so a person consuming spirulina starts eating more and more as a result the person may gain fat or muscle depending on the diet, but as spirulina is a proprietary medicine it may help in boosting the immune system as well
