Get up and walk around for abit. If you are an insulin dependent diabetic you may have to inject some insuling. Watch your intake from now on and you won't get those spikes.

See a good Internist and get it evaluated.
You may have diabetes, and this is a serious condition.
The person who treats himself has a fool for a physician and an idiot for a patient.
