I had learnt yoga. However, that instructor just do & we followed. At the end, i am not sure what are the dos & don'ts in yoga & the correct breathing method (which is very important in yoga)
I would like to pick up yoga again but this time with a responsible instructor who will lead me through the art of yoga.
Not just monkey see and Monkey do.
Best to have the time table & cost included. thanks

i went to the doctor a couple days ago cuz i was peeing almost straight blood, i had a really bad bladder infection of course....i've been taking medication that makes me really lightheaded, anyways they cultured my sample and called back saying their is some kind of really tough bacteria that they found and i will have to give another sample and get stronger meds, they also said i have a yeast infection, i think i've had it for a while w/o knowing, i've been having sex with my bf and now his penis is extremely dry and red and he says it burns really bad, did i give him an infection or is it just irritated and what can we do to help it

I am 16, I am not sexually active. i excersize daily, and eat healthy.I have been having extreme pain w/ my period. I have had it for like 2 yrs. Every time I get it, I get sick, feel like I am gonna puke unbarable back pain, "curl up in a ball" stomach pain. Whenever I get it I am out of school for the whole thing and am in bed unable to keep anything- the only thing that doesnt make me puke is water. The pain meds the doc gave me r not working, and the past 2-3 times I have had my period, I passed out a few times from the pain. Any advice will help!

OKAY I want to know how I can comfort her during her period? How can I make her feel better? if u know pls give me advice on how to comfort her!

I was in an accident in October of 2004. I went from 60mph to 0 upon hitting an object in the road. By the way, airbags hurt!!! At the time, and shortly thereafter, I thought I was fine. A little stiff, but nothing unbearable. About a year ago, my neck began locking up. I was unable to turn to either side. After several rounds of steroids and muscle relaxants, this became better. In the past few months, I have developed a numbness and lack of coordination in my left hand. (Of course I have to be left handed) This is effecting my writing ability and all other aspect of my life. I am a student with no insurance and unable to afford the $4,000 for an MRI. Over the past two days, the front of my right leg is numb. I discovered this when I fell going up a flight of steps. Does anyone have any suggestions or advise on what to do for this? I am at a loss and my doctor doesn't want me to go through another round of steroids for health reasons. Any advise or info would be great

for the past two days my pinky and ring finger on my left hand have been numb. i have some feeling in them more feeling in my ring finger than in my pinky. i tryed to look up something on the internet and it said something about guyon's canal syndrome. but i am only 14 yrs old. could that be it. well i was just wondering if any of yall have any idea what it might be.
