Being fat is sometimes a genetic thing! Something that may never change, but as far as short and acne goes, I'd rather be short as there is many treatments that work which would make you only short not with acne.

Being short and have al ot of acne is worser,because you dont have the chance become taller(which is an asset physically) and you could hardly cure the pimples and no chance to remove the scars,but if if you are tall and fat,there are many chances of losing weight and become goodlooking as well as you have an ideal height that everyone turn their heads up as you walk in the public places!

Couldn't be any more worse than being short and very fat, or being tall with a lot of acne !

Being and tall and very fat would be worse. At least you wont have major health problems if you were short and had acne.(and you can still have sex without problems)

short w/ lots of acne cuz u could use proactiv 2 clear the acne nd being short isnt a bad thing

Um, I qualify as the former, and can't say its horrible, except for chaging light bulbs, and getting stuff down from up high. I'm athletic, but I've had medical problems that stunted my growth, and caused zits. But, I'm comfortable with my body, most of the time.
So, I guess that the answer is which ever one makes you more uncomfortable in your skin.
