I can never fall asleep on my back but I need to recommended by a doctor. Any suggestions?

If you have them put some really big pillows on either side of you so that you won't roll over. I had to sleep on my back for 3 months. Not an easy task.

Prop a LARGE pillow under you (or several) and take a hot bath and then a sedative to help. In the hospital, people often sleep in that way in those beds (I did) and that's not a typical way of sleeping. Try it.

Try a wedge pillow that lifts your head and the top of your back up high.

naaah after you sleep, your body automatically turn around many times

lay on your back and close your eyes you eventually will
