I take the following medications for various reasons: Adderall, Valium, Phenobarbital, Dalmane, and Prozac. I've gone 6 months without all the meds except my seizure one (phenobarb), and no change in the insomnia. I think the lack of sleep is making me a little neurotic and bizarre. Please help me. Lord have mercy. Walk with Jesus and strangers will give you the best candy.

What about the withdrawal? If someone close to you has used either drug, what were they like compared to what they were like before they started? How long does it take to become a junkie or crackhead? What made you start?

I'm only curious, I have no desire or need to try either.

Also, I'm not sure of the approproate place to post this question.

It is 1am and the temp in my room is 28 degrees even with the window open and a fan on. It is not normal for the U.K., it is getting hotter by the day I would appreciate some serious answers on how to keep cool apart from the obvious like go jump in a river etc.

I was looking at a cutaway profile of the 'OriginalBed' Tempur-Pedic Swedish Sleep System and it shows (http://www.tempurpedic.com/NR/rdonlyres/E9C9A2DC-B19A-43FD-80C7-1C0DD47D6350/326/product_main_originalbed.jpg)
that the majority of the mattress is a 'conventional foam base', wouldn't it just be cheaper to but a mattress cover from there?
