Yes. Because precum, or the secretions from Cowper's gland contains enough sperm capable of fertalizing an egg. Use a condom of you don't want to become pregnant, or better yet, abstain.

Yes, a woman can get pregnant even when ejaculation doesn't occur within the vagina. This is because pre-ejaculation fluid may contain some sperm.
Withdrawal of the penis from the vagina before ejaculation is one of the oldest methods of birth control. But fewer than 3 percent of adults in the United States use it as their primary method of contraception. The failure (pregnancy) rate is high. About 20 percent to 25 percent of women who rely on the withdrawal method become pregnant each year.

Yes, it is absolutely possible. There is a fluid commonly referred to as "pre-***" or pre-ejaculate, which is naturally excreted from the penis for lubrication. This contains sperm, just as the final ejaculation does. Your best bet is to use any form of birth control, and even double protect- use condoms and birth control pills, or maybe spermicide, although that can have negative reactions with your vagina. Be careful if you don't want to have a baby!

Yes!
Even if ejaculation does not take place inside the vagina, the pre-ejaculate fluids can contain viable sperm.
Always use a condom.
