My mother's boyfriend took Trimspa for about 6 months. He didn't loose any weight, but he became very ill. He became an insomniac and had frequent night sweats thus gaining weight from the shear anxiety of it all. He also had intensive headaches or migraines and increased blood sugar. Because he has diabetes, he almost died from the extreme surge of blood sugar at such a fast rate. I would say that if you aren't in risk of a heart attack or have diabetes it might be OK to experiment, but I wouldn't recommend it. ^_^
