Increase your serotonin reserves naturally:

take a good walk
communicate openly, honestly
decrease negativity
visit a park
get plenty of excersize
healthy diet - no junk food, no fast food, no sugar, and get omega 3's from fish oil or flax oil and add cinamon for flavor.

Well, This isn't a good time of year for me, The 1st would have been our 39th anniversary, but my wife/soul-mate was killed some years back.
