Thyroid runs your entire metabolism. Too much and your heart races (puts you as risk for heart attack), you lose weight, can't sleep and are on edge constantly.
Too little and you gain weight, your heart can slow down to the point it can stop, you are sleepy all the time and depressed.

Well there are lots or ways it can affect you . If you think you have a problem see a doctor . there are several food that can make your thyroid act up . causing all sorts of problems .

The thyroid controls your hunger and if it's imbalanced then you may not eat enough. Causing malnutrition.
