Go to Boots or Superdrug and buy the light blue can on the shelf called 'Magicool'.
It's an amazing thing that you can spray anywhere on your body (with eyes closed if on face) and it'll cool you down.
As far as I know it's perfectly safe and smells wonderful too.

wooo, just check my thermometer- it is 28 degrees! thats fairly hot for uk in summer at 1am at night.
anyway i am not bothered by heat this summer, if you just forget about it and let loose everything will be swell. but whoever said drink hot drink (Not tea at night) is right. u can drink tea during daytime. or perhaps do a work out. bottom line, get a bit hot, expel some energy and you'll cool down in no time. after that think cool thoughts

you can get those sprays thet cool you down, get an electric fan on your bedside cabinet, sleep on the bed, not in it. sorry, thet's all I've got. It's around 30 degrees here and it's only 10:00. Not good. I cant' stand the heat, I'm more of a winter person.

I know the feeling well. I thought warm weather was supposed to be a GOOD thing????? ah, yes, that's right. global warming. probably just have a cool shower (not cold, you'll get hypothermia) and while you're showering, put your clothes in the fridge for a while.

Drink a nice hot cup of tea whilst having a good, and very warm, shower.
You will look a bit pink afterwards, but your body will soon hit room temp.
You will sleep better.
Trust me.
