I am writing a screenplay in which someone dies from an OxyContin overdose, and some things I am wondering about is if mixed with alcohol how much OxyContin is necessary to cause a fatal overdose? And what are it's effects when someone is abusing it (ie are they more withdrawn, or more outgoing)? Also when improperly used how long are its immediately visible effects obvious?

My blood pressure just went up very high I'm sure it was from a lot of stress...the doctor changed my meds and they make me feel awful(hard to work),well what I want to know is does it take a while for meds to kick in and lower your blood pressure ? Because I've been on them six days and my blood pressure is still going up and down...I've never checked it like I do now so maybe I didn't pay attention.

My husband recently began thinking about getting circumcised. Oddly enough i've never been with a circumcised man and didn't really know how to respond when he told me he was thinking about having it done? Is it really any different at all? Will lovemaking feel different? Has anyone been in a similar situation? Well any answers/advice would help really.

I'm having my bunion and hammer toe corrected this week. The bunion doesn't give me much pain now - it used to but now it just looks really awful. I'm really self conscious about it. My hammer toe though is a different matter. I find it excruciating some times but very painful always. If I could cut my foot off I would do when the pain is really bad. I can't wait to get it seen to so I can walk properly, be pain free and be able to buy shoes & sandals which fit properly. I'm naturally a little anxious about having them corrected and wondered if anyone has gone through this already and what sort of level of pain I can expect, especially after surgery. Is it bearable? I have quite a high pain threshold, so maybe it will be OK for me. Has anyone got any info to share with me please?

Recently at a party i got v.drunk and fell asleep on the couch. My friend Monica thought it would be funny to insert a straw in my nostril and fart up it, i woke up a few seconds later and i was nearly sick. That next morning i woke up with a bad soar throat, is there any chance that that diabolical act of crudeness could have caused this? females can be dirty creatures

I know get off my lazy *** and exercise. I'm 18 years old 6'2" and 157lbs, i'm not saying i'm fat but a year ago i was 5'9" and 210lbs and now i have like leftover skin/fat stuff that i want to get rid of. I try to eat healthy but god damn french fries are so TASTY. anyways is there anything simple that wil like curb my appetite or we to help me get rid of that leftover fat.

Somtimes I get these feelings of lightheadiness. I feel like im going to pass out or die. I get flushed and feel like my heart is beating a mile a minute. I start to panic and try to relax and control my breathing. I have to sit down and take deep breaths. It is really scary esp. since I have never passed out before!! I have heard 3 different solutions when I talk to my friends about it. 1- poor nutrion. possibly low blood sugar. 2-I learned about panic attacks in my psych class (thats actually when they started!!0 3- a friend said that they may be little mild seizures because it sort of sounded like the ones he gets. Should I go to my physcian or psychologist?? What are the treatments?? Will I have to take pills??

I feel terrible and I just want to die. I'm 24 years old and I hate everything about myself. I don't see any reason to continue living and everyone would be better off without me. I have no close friends to talk to about how I feel and I don't want to talk to my family about it.

Nothing has happened to make me feel like this, that's what I don't understand. But I just feel so bad all the time. I spend most of the day lying in my bed crying. I don't want to do anything anymore and I don't enjoy anything that I used to.

I don't know what to do anymore. I just want to go to sleep and never wake up. What can I do to drag myself out of this depression? I don't want to go on drugs but I don't know what to do.
